Gemma joined Stokoe Partnership Solicitors in March 2023 and works within the Firm’s criminal defence department. She qualified as a solicitor in April 2021, having trained in civil law and practiced criminal law in a nationally ranked firm.

Gemma is an accredited police station representative and focuses on criminal matters, having quickly developed a broad general crime practice. She has a strong eye for detail and works tirelessly to ensure that all cases are meticulously prepared, and every detail has been considered.

Gemma studied law at the University of Manchester, graduating first class in 2017 as an academic prize winner. She then completed with distinction the Legal Practice Course with a Masters of Laws in 2018 at BPP University London.
