Notable cases
We successfully represented a client charged with false imprisonment, kidnapping, wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. At trial, the complainant alleged the incident related to an outstanding drug debt owed to our client . Our client denied the allegations asserting that somebody else caused the complaint’s injuries and that the complainant was not kidnapped or falsely imprisoned; in fact, the complainant wanted to be locked in the boot of our client’s car, whilst injured. Our client was acquitted of all charges.
