Jarret is the Head of Compliance at Stokoe Partnership Solicitors. Prior to joining the firm, Jarret was the Head of Risk and General Counsel, as well as MLRO, MLCO, COLP and also DPO at Mishcon de Reya.

Jarret heads up the compliance function at Stokoe Partnership Solicitors, whilst also having a fee earning role. He has experience built on years of acting on both sides of the insurer/claimant divide for lenders, property investors and professional indemnity insurers.

Jarret has extensive experience overseeing any regulatory developments that can impact a legal practice. He is also very well versed in ensuring that firms meet all their obligations to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and act in line with their code of conduct, whilst maintaining a commercial outlook.

Prior to becoming the head of risk at Mishcon de Reya, Jarret was a commercial litigator with specialist expertise in professional negligence claims.
