Founder Bambos Tsiattalou comments in relation to Carlos Ghosn fleeing Japan and its justice system, and whether Ghosn may seek to be tried in France instead, in The Times.

“…If Ghosn has a cunning plan to resume normal life, it might well be to seek to be tried in France on the grounds that there at least he would have a fair hearing, Bambos Tsiattalou of the Stokoe Partnership says.

“There would be massive hurdles to be overcome for that to happen,” he says. “But it is not impossible, not least because the alleged crimes involved the French Renault as much as the Japanese Nissan.””
