Founder Bambos Tsiattalou is today attending the Legal Business Commercial Litigation Summit 2019.

The event returns for its fifth year, uniting well over 100 senior practitioners and clients to discuss the issues defining the modern disputes scene.

The theme this year is focused on turning points for the disputes scene, which has been in ascendency since the banking crisis and the related influx of new entrants galvanised the City’s disputes scene.

The questions raised will cover a wide range of relevant areas. For example, the extent to which US tactics and dynamics migrate to London’s courts will be touched on in a number of fields including debates on attempts to boost group actions in consumer disputes, the growing US influence in global investigations work and pioneering attempts to bring big data to our domestic litigation. Moves to modernise the litigation process through a review of the role of witnesses in commercial disputes, the continued development of litigation funding, the growth of reputation management and practical strategies for heading off litigation risk will also be discussed throughout the day.

Further information on the event can be found here, and the agenda here.
