Our Fees for Motoring Cases
We can assist with initial consultation through to representation at Court, and we strive to keep our costs at a reasonable level. The 24 hour free advice line means direct access to immediate legal assistance from our team.
For most motoring cases (except some notable exceptions for the more serious offences) Legal Aid is not usually available as they do not normally meet the criteria for the granting legal aid. We always endeavour to keep our fees competitive, and offer a fixed fee wherever possible. The costs will depend on the level of complexity, and number of likely hearings. We are able to take payments by Credit card and Debit Card for your convenience.
