Mishandling the early stages of an investigation can severely damage a case later on. We always take the view that the day of your interview is in effect the first day of your trial.

In the event that you are arrested, inform the custody sergeant of our office name and they will contact the Defence Solicitor Call Centre who will contact us. If you are contacting us to represent a member of your family or someone you know who has been arrested, contact us on the above number. We will then make the relevant calls to the police station to provide the detained person with initial telephone advice and attendance at the police station if required.
